Fees
How we charge for advice
Most consultations are priced as a fixed fee once we understand your documents. We do not present software-style subscription tiers. Ongoing reviews are optional and quoted separately.
| Consultation | Starting fee | What shapes the final figure |
|---|---|---|
| Whole-of-wealth financial advice | From £1,850 | Number of pensions, property interests, share schemes, and whether both partners need joint modelling |
| Pension consolidation review | From £750 | How many schemes, whether valuations arrive promptly, and any safeguarded benefits to investigate |
| Pre-retirement income planning | From £1,200 | Mix of defined contribution and defined benefit income, part-time work plans, and tax-band complexity |
| Inheritance & gifting conversation | From £650 | Whether adult children attend, property valuations needed, and pension death-benefit mapping |
| Annual review (existing clients) | From £450 | Changes since last plan, new pensions, and whether cashflow needs rebuilding |
Estimate factors we always discuss first: incomplete statements, overseas elements, business ownership, and cases that require a Pension Transfer Specialist. If we cannot help within our permissions, we tell you before you pay an advice fee.
What fees cover — and what they do not
Engagement fees cover meetings, analysis, written recommendations, and the follow-through window described on each consultation page. They do not cover solicitor drafting, accountancy filings, mortgage arrangement, or fund platform charges levied by third parties.
We are not paid by product commission for our flagship advice work. If a protection policy is recommended and arranged through us, any related remuneration is disclosed in writing before you proceed.
