Megan Harries
Megan leads whole-of-wealth engagements and pre-retirement income maps. She spent earlier years in a Cardiff advice firm before returning to Cormier Heath to build a quieter, document-led practice.
About the practice
North Ledger Advisory began as a small desk on High Road helping neighbours untangle workplace pensions. We still work that way — slowly, on paper first, with recommendations you can reread at the kitchen table.
Too many families we knew held three or four pensions and no single document that explained how those pots would fund a retirement. Product literature answered questions nobody had asked. We wanted a practice that starts with cashflow, state pension age, and the house you actually live in.
Today we advise clients across England and Wales. The office remains at 266 High Road, Cormier Heath — a place people can walk into with a carrier bag of statements.

Daniel specialises in pension consolidation reviews and protection checks that sit alongside advice — death-in-service, life cover, and income protection where the numbers justify it.
We prefer fewer clients and longer engagements. Fact-find meetings run long enough to understand spending habits, not just asset totals. Recommendations arrive in plain English, with fee figures written beside every suggested action.
Where a solicitor, accountant, or mortgage broker is the right next professional, we say so. Our job is financial advice and consulting — not a one-stop shop for every household decision.
